Membrane Water Proofing

EPDM membrane is a single layer rubber membrane used for waterproofing on terrace, podium, water tank. It is applied with moisture cured high performance adhesive on various surfaces like concrete, wood, metal sheets and existing layer of bitumen membrane.

Chemical/ Crystalline Water Proofing

Crystalline Waterproofing is usually supplied as an easy-to-use, dry powder. This chemical react with water to cause long, narrow crystals to grow, filling the pores, capillaries and hairline cracks of the concrete mass. As long as moisture is present, the crystalline chemicals will continue to react and grow crystals, reaching lengths of several inches over time. 

Once the concrete has cured, these chemicals remain dormant until they come into contact with moisture. If water seeps through the cracks, the crystals will begin to grow again until the concrete is again impermeable. It can be applied on concrete terrace, water tank

PLANTER – EPDM TREATMENT for stopping Water-Leakages

Services for water-proofing of containment structures called planters and like. The planters are structures holding Exquisite Plants in the podium/facade & elevation areas. planters contain soil, plant & water 24hrs a day & hence are prone to leakages. We provide water-proofing services for arresting leakages from such structures.

The Process consists of 5 steps:

  1. Removing the soil from the planter structure along with Drain-cell , Geotextile membrane etc.
  2. Sealing of Corners, Cracks & deformities with EPOXY based sealant
  3. Application of EPDM membrane / PP Membrane (depending on substrate). Membrane is Bonded with Synthetic Resin & the edges are sealed with Silicone/PU/Hybrid based Sealants.
  4. After EPDM Application, it is covered with Geotextile Membrane of 100 GSM type.
  5. Drain-cells are arranged for water-drainage, and further again covered with Geotextile Membrane. Followed by Refilling of Soil into the Planters.
